When you submit a form, we store your name, email, company, inquiry type, message, and submission time in our private inbox so we can respond. Please do not include sensitive information. Email notifications are not currently enabled; inquiries are reviewed through the content dashboard.
Newsletter
If you explicitly opt in, we save your email and signup time for future NYC on the Rocks updates. Newsletter delivery has not yet launched. To request removal, send a contact inquiry using the same email address.
Embedded video and ticketing
YouTube content loads only when you choose to play it and is then subject to YouTube’s privacy practices. Eventbrite handles ticket purchases on its own website under its terms. We do not collect payment-card details.
Security and analytics
Owner sign-in is managed by ChatGPT. The site uses temporary daily abuse counters to limit form spam. Hosting providers may process technical access logs. No third-party analytics tracking is currently enabled.
